August 29, 1999Procarin--25th day...This is my 25th day. I started using Procarin August 5th. The only changes I've noticed is my stamina and I think I'm sleeping sounder. I'm not having the noticeable changes that some have Posted (Procarin Patch/New MS Treatment).I think that that may be because of their level compared to mine. Longtime CP is going to have a tougher go of it (I think) because a severe degree (like mine) has lots of stagnant stuff that Procarin has to work through. Circulation, movement, (maybe) legions and probably a few other things. A comparison could be,... If you asked a gymnast to touch their toes and a couch potato to do the same, the gymnast would have an easier time of it! But eventually the couch potato (me) will be able to accomplish toe touching after their body gets circulation and movement going. (Wish it was that simple!) You get the idea...I'll keep using Procarin and hope my couch potato body starts paying attention. Now that I have a pharmacist close by the cost will go down, shipping alone is 50 bucks. Lauden Pharmacy also said that Procarin will probably be cheaper, as long as he gets more than one MSer! He has stated that several MSers have called. Since I'll be paying for this with no insurance involved, we'll see what happens. I'll also be checking into what kind of setup Elaine Delack has to offer. I don't know when that will be happening for MSers that don't have income for Procarin but I'm sure that information will become available, (Hopefully they'll get a website going.) when it does you'll be the first to know!
