Treatment went well, about 30 minutes. I postponed for 2 days because of rain. 2 days ago it poured! Great day today!:-) Wheelchairs and rain don't get along! Allen my friend/attendant hurt his back badly enough to where he can't transfer me anymore. He hurt it from other jobs, mine was just the "Icing on the cake". I hope he can do all the other things as before aside from transfers (?) I like and need his attitude and energy. We know each other well, he's Reality Based but Positive at the same time!... That's a weird combination!! He has to do therapy as well... so we shall see. My Tilt Table and one session of Resistance Exercise will come to a halt because of this, hopefully not for long. Finding someone is always a long process. SIDE-EFFECTS UPDATE: My left kidney has medium pain. I thought it was from sitting in my wheelchair, but I'm changing my mind about that. It's consistent after treatment. Last treatment and today. I think drinking lots of water may help. Women--This treatment and other chemotherapy treatments can stop your Monthly Cycle. My last one was November, I'm going into my 4th month without a period. My Doctor and nurses say this is common especially being in the age of "Pre Menopause", 48. Being that this effects women in this way, I don't know how that translates for men....I apologize for not asking..... I will my next treatment. Oh! I don't take the anti nausea drug, I'm fine without it! I don't have a nap on the day of treatment and I stay up late, it's been about 18 hours so far!!! I'm not really tired but I could sleep, which I'll be doing shortly. Kevin O'Boyle has given permission to include his email address kob@peganet.com . He is doing the treatment as well.
