Hello friends, When last I wrote I was DaNcInG with the MonSter again. He raised the stakes tried to take my right eye. Needless to say I didn't play. Called my neuro the Friday morning and was set up to start IV solumedrol outpatient by 3p.m. that very afternoon. I fed the MonSter 1000mg IV Medrol daily for 4 days. I guess it told him I meant business cuz he backed off real fast! So after the 3 day withdrawal I bounced pretty much back to okedokey :-). You know what they say about silver linings? Well that weekend wasn't an entire wash out... Our son made it to his 23rd year happy and healthy and Jeff and I found a mini-van in excellent shape and within our price range. Had we not had to go for the IV infusions we would have never come across the van :-). So sometimes things happen for a reason. With the crazy Michigan weather though I have been keeping a low profile, just chillen or at least trying to stay cool. Heat and my MonSter love one another and hate me so I am trying not to invite another visit. Gotta keep cool. Hope you all enjoy your summer, Happy and Safe July 4th Holiday to you all. Next week my honey and I will be off camping in a tent someplace get some much needed together time. |
