| | Aug 10, 2005 Greetings my friends, Sorry it has been so long since I wrote. We have been busy this summer and it's been hot here in MI. As I write this we are preparing for a weekend camping trip to the Cheeseburger Festival in Caseville, MI with our H.O.G Chapter, it should be fun although it isn't really what you would consider a "biker" thing. We had a blast at the HOG Rendezvous the Beach Boys, Craig Morgan and Johnny Rivers sounded awesome (I love the concerts there). The fireworks were spectacular! Our visit to Mackinaw Island and St.Ignace was enjoyable as was camping with our friends for the weekend.
So far the MonSter is staying in it's hole afraid to pop it's ugly head out, as far as I am concerned it can stay there! With the heat and all I have been dragging a bit but so has Mike so I think it is more an old age thing than an MS thing cuz Mike doesn't have MS.
On to my and the motorcycle, I have the license and knowledge but not the experience I feel I need to get on the road so I am waiting till this 90 degree heat takes a hike so I can get some more practice in. I just want to make sure I am feeling 100% before I do any riding ... I know why they call them suicide machines and I do not have a death wish.
